Time to Build-A-Theme!
This is my 32nd year of creating a yearly theme. Now, I don't believe in New Year's resolutions; I like to create a theme that relates to every area of my life. I pick from one or two words and create my theme for the year.
My theme is Well-being this year, and I want to emphasize BEING. I want us to be well beings and show up in all areas of our lives. I'm going to spend the entire year talking about how we can be more "well" for the person in the mirror, the people we love, and the people we work with. For those of us as leaders and entrepreneurs, how can we show up more consciously in our business?
So, how about you? What will your theme be for 2025? Pick one or two words right now and write them on everything! Take the time to decide, “What will I do this year to end 2025 a better version of myself than I am today?”
